Magnesite chrome brick

The silicate-bonded magnesite-chrome brick is made by sintering magnesia sand and chrome ore as raw materials, mixing at an appropriate ratio, firing at a high temperature. The semi-recombined magnesite chrome brick is made of fused magnesite-chrome sand, magnesia sand, and chromite or pre-reacted magnesite-chrome sand.

Introduction:

The silicate-bonded magnesite-chrome brick is made by sintering magnesia sand and chrome ore as raw materials, mixing at an appropriate ratio, firing at a high temperature. The mineralogical composition of the product is periclase, spinel and a small amount of silicate.

Advantages:

Better thermal shock resistance, stable in high temperature.

Application:

Open-hearth furnaces, Electric furnaces, Non-ferrous metallurgical furnaces, Cement rotary kiln, Glass melting furnace regenerators.


Semi-recombined magnesite-chrome brick

Introduction:

The semi-recombined magnesite chrome brick is made of fused magnesite-chrome sand, magnesia sand, and chromite or pre-reacted magnesite-chrome sand.

Advantages:

Compact, Low porosity, High temperature strength, Better thermal shock resistance, Strong resistance to slag erosion.

Application:
